Actually there are much more websites that teaching about Photoshop...
Whatever plugins, tutorials or use of any types of effect, all we can found on webs and also by Google it.
Some also reserves many different types of brushes, patterns, filters, actions and more and so on. Those things are really useful for us - the beginners to know Photoshop better.

It is the Facebook pages of Adobe Photoshop.
Although I'm not sure whether it is the official Photoshop's page open by Adobe or not ,but It provides many useful things.Such as the updates of Photoshop, tutorials , and also the events creating by the Photoshop teams.
So, just make it as a sources of reference while learning Photoshop.
